Privacy policy
What aisell.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Short version: no analytics, no tracking, and the contact form is used only to reply.
Who is responsible for your data
AISell (aisell.com) is published by Deltologic sp. z o.o., Murawa 12/18, 61-655 Poznań, Poland, NIP PL6060109979. Deltologic is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us about privacy through the contact form or at contact@deltologic.com.
What this site does not do
AISell runs no analytics, no advertising and no tracking scripts, and sets no cookies of its own. Fonts and images are served from aisell.com itself, so reading an article does not send your data to Google Fonts, social networks or ad platforms. Nothing is stored in your browser.
The contact form
When you send a message through the form, we receive:
- your name, email address and message, and your company if you give it;
- the page you sent it from and the page you came from;
- the time of sending and an approximate location (city and country) that our hosting provider derives from your connection.
We use this only to read and answer your message. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us, or steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form is processed by a small service on Cloudflare that passes the message to our mailbox by email and keeps no copy. Messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as the conversation needs, and afterwards only as long as the law requires or we need them to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and may set strictly necessary security cookies when it needs to tell people from bots. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, security and the contact form service.
- Google LLC: the email service where contact messages arrive.
Both may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which both companies participate, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to us through the contact form or at contact@deltologic.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
